PH BALANCE: Acidic & Alkaline BALANCE of the body
A pH less than 7 is said to be acidic and solutions with a pH greater than 7 are basic or alkaline. Our ideal pH is slightly alkaline - 7.30 to 7.45.
We all know Balance is good but what PH Imbalance does?
Answer : It makes you sell your health to pills.
One for a headache,
One for acidity
One for Skin problems
One for weight loss
One for bone strength

Taking stock of my own pantry resulted in below findings: Why don't you try out today???
Acidic: Yogurt, rice, Pasta, Milk, Eggs, Chicken, Wheat, Shrimp, cheese..
Alkaline : lemons , Melons ,Onions ( raw ) , Pineapple , Apple , cucumbers , green peppers , Lentils , Celery
RAW VEGETABLES & MORE FRUITS EVERY DAY:
Believe me ... I hated the word veggies leave alone eat it 😕😕😕😕
But today I am in the process of healing & I personally consider them as life-giving foods.
Dedicating 1 meal of my day to raw veggies & fruits has a dual purpose (Not only makes my family feel young & energetic but also saves lot of time spent in kitchen 😍😍😍😍)
You can start in a more simple way: We have 18- 21 meals in a week. Replace just three meals in a week with Green smoothie / Green salad / Alkaline promoting vegetables/fruit
Or just make sure u consume one banana everyday ( rich in alkalinity )..My good friend Deepa nambu carrys one always
